Goods purchased from the Leptel.ee e-store can be returned within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

The returned product must be complete and in the original packaging.

The returned goods must be unused and undamaged (the customer has the right to inspect the goods in the manner normally allowed in the store and the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods upon inspection).

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. To return the product, send it to Jasmiini tee 102, 11912 Tallinn. The goods can be sent to the nearest parcel machine or post office, according to the agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned goods. We will also notify you of the confirmation or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is confirmed, the amount paid for the goods will be credited to your bank account as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 days from the date of the decision.
