Products warranty

The products sold by Leptel OÜ have a warranty of 3-6 months, counting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the product has a manufacturer’s warranty, the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the warranty conditions are available on the manufacturer’s website.

The validity of the warranty is indicated on the sales invoice, which is the basic document for the validity of the warranty.

The warranty is valid only on the basis of the original purchase document (invoice). In the absence of a sales invoice, the warranty operation is not processed.

If the product cannot be repaired, the customer has the right to demand that the product be replaced with the same or an equivalent product, in accordance with the warranty conditions.

Obligations of the buyer:

The buyer is obliged to use the product for its intended purpose and in accordance with good practice. According to the manufacturer’s recommendation.

In the event of a fault, stop using the device immediately and inform the seller of the circumstances of the fault.

Take the device to the seller for inspection.

When bringing / sending the product for warranty repair, the passwords and / or pin codes that allow the device to be repaired / used must be provided or removed and the product must be unlinked from all user accounts. If this is not done, the device cannot be defective or repaired.

The warranty does not apply if:

When bringing the product for warranty repair, the purchase document (invoice) of the product in need of repair is not presented or if the information on it has been changed arbitrarily;

Product serial and model numbers have been removed, altered, relocated or illegible, and safety labels affixed by the seller have been damaged.

The product configuration has changed, or if the product has been repaired by a third party.

Product failure was caused by the owner’s fault, incorrect use (falling, water or moisture damage, overheating due to the sun, etc.).

The warranty does not cover software defects, batteries and naturally wearing parts (eg fans, traces of use on the housing, etc.).
